Swift Missile set to shine in The RPGTV 1st Anniversary Stakes at Romford

Swift Missile has the draw in favour, and looks in a great position to make an impact in the RPGTV 1st Anniversary Stakes, to be hosted by Romford on Wednesday, December 5th.

The black dog travelled very nicely in the fresh trials. After doing a great job in the practice sessions, the black dog carried forward his momentum, and demonstrated an outstanding show last time around.

In a 400 metres contest, the J. Reynolds-trained was no more than an unlucky loser. He missed the gold medal only by a short head?s distance. The son of Hometown Boy Nga, out of Returned Fire, railed quite nicely, and stayed in the front row all the way through.

He is in fine fettle these days, and could prove a tough nut to crack in today?s 400 metres contest. Among the opponents are: Nans Turbo, Soviet Josie, Dudleys Viking, Fantasy Free, and Spirited Black. The affair is due to begin at 21:41 GMT. A prize of 135 pounds is reserved for the ultimate champion.

Nans Turbo will be the toughest to beat. Ahead of finishing third last time, the black dog was an impressive triumphant here in mid November. E. Gaskin?s trainee started his run from the white box, and railed brilliantly all the way through. He stayed ahead, and eventually finished on top by three and a quarter lengths.

Besides these two, no one is likely to make an impression. Spirited Black is also in good momentum, following a good win last time. The black dog always led the affair, taking the big prize by six and a half lengths. Yet, it is going to be a stiff task.

Fantasy Free is winless since October. Despite the fact that the black dog showed some improvement last time, it is very hard to capture the first place. Dudleys Viking was runner-up last time around. P. Young?s charge is not a favourable draw, thus the punters should look elsewhere for the champion.

Soviet Josie lost her rhythm, after taking two consecutive triumphs. The white and black bitch was not impressive last time, finishing fourth on the chart. Good luck to all the hounds.
